On the listing page, the “Write to the owner” button opens a direct conversation. Your message reaches them with nobody in between.

If the owner has opened slots, they appear on the listing and you pick one. Otherwise write to them — most propose a time within a few days.

One signal is enough: you are asked for money before the viewing. No deposit, no advance, no “application fee” is paid before you have seen the place and signed a lease. Also beware of an owner “abroad” offering to post the keys.

It gathers once and for all what an owner asks: your situation, your income, your guarantor. You then send it in one click with every application. Only owners you apply to can see it.

Create an owner account, then fill in the form: the property, the address, the rent, the photos and the description. Count five to ten minutes.

From your profile, or by writing to us. Deletion removes your listings and personal data. Accounting records tied to a payment are kept seven years, as Belgian law requires.
